St. Joseph Health in Brazos Valley is seeking an ED Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, high-quality emergency care. You will perform assessments, implement care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Associate degree in nursing required.
• At least 1 year RN experience required.
• TX RN license upon hire.
• BLS CPR within 14 days of hire.
• ACLS within 6 months.
• PALS within 6 months.
• Trauma Nurse Core Course within 12 months.

Responsabilidades

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and plan of care.
• Deliver patient-centered care and monitor clinical status.
• Administer treatments and medications per physician orders.
• Communicate changes in patient condition to team and physicians.
• Document care and ensure patient safety and safety reporting.
