Formación

• Associate of Nursing required at hire.
• At least 1 year of RN experience.
• Registered Nurse: TX license required at hire.
• CPR/Basic Life Support certification within 14 days.

Responsabilidades

• Assessment of patient condition at admission and ongoing periods; adjust care as needed.
• Plan of care including patient/family education and discharge planning.
• Implement treatments, safety protocols, and communicate changes to the team.
• Provide clear bedside reports to oncoming shifts to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain safe environment and report safety concerns promptly.
• Document charges and supplies used to provide patient care.
