Allina Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for outpatient spine services at West Health and Coon Rapids Mercy Clinics. The role supports individualized nursing care in a busy outpatient setting with 8-hour day shifts, 40 hours per week, no weekends.

Requires MN RN licensure; Bachelor’s preferred; 0–2 years RN experience may be considered for this full-time position. Earners will join a not-for-profit system dedicated to whole person care, wellness, and teamwork.

Competenze

• Associate's or Vocational degree graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred but not required for entry.
• RN licensure required for Minnesota (and WI if applicable).
• 0–2 years RN experience may be considered for certain openings.

Mansioni

• Assess and collect patient data; identify needs and variances.
• Diagnose nursing conditions and communicate with patient and family.
• Plan patient care with realistic, measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate and implement the plan of care in outpatient setting.
• Evaluate patient progress and revise diagnoses/outcomes as needed.
• Provide leadership and collaboration within the care team.
