Job summary

Allina Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support providers in a Coon Rapids clinic. You will care for patients in an outpatient setting, collect information, administer therapies, and coordinate follow-up visits.

You will work day/evening shifts with every 3rd weekend rotation, part-time 20 hours per week, and may be eligible for a $2,000 starting bonus for external hires. Strong teamwork and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Vocational degree from a Board of Nursing approved LPN program.
• Two years clinic LPN experience preferred.
• Licensed Practical Nurse MN BON or WI license depending on location.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/Red Cross) or in-house BLS training within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care support as delegated by Provider or RN.
• Administers therapies including medications and scheduling follow-up visits.
• Documents all encounters accurately in the electronic medical record.
• Support clinic operations and patient flow to ensure efficient care delivery.
• Prepare exam rooms, stock supplies, and assist physicians with procedures.
