Job summary

Allina Health is seeking a registered nurse for a 1.0 FTE day shift position in Coon Rapids, MN. The role centers on coordinating and delivering oncology care within a dynamic clinical team, grounded in evidence-based practice and patient-centered outcomes.

You will assess, plan, and evaluate nursing care for medical, surgical, or radiation oncology patients, collaborate with the oncology team, and may serve as a preceptor.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Vocational degree in Nursing from an accredited school.
• 1+ years inpatient or outpatient oncology nursing experience, or 2+ years nursing experience in ambulatory or hospital care if no oncology experience.
• Active RN license in MN; WI license required upon hire if providing care in WI.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/Red Cross or in-house).

Responsibilities

• Assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care for oncology patients.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary oncology care team; coordinates care and ensures regulatory standards.
• May serve as a preceptor and support outpatient clinic operations.
