PNW Spine & Joint Physicians is seeking an outpatient PM&R physician to join a physician-owned practice in Portland, OR. The role emphasizes non-surgical spine and musculoskeletal care with office-based and telehealth visits.

The patient schedule aims for a 30–40 hour week, with no weekend clinic responsibilities. Responsibilities include evaluation and management, interventional procedures under fluoroscopy/ultrasound, and collaboration with therapists and other clinicians.

Qualifications

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.
• Fellowship training in Pain Medicine or Sports Medicine is preferred.
• Experience with interventional spine and musculoskeletal procedures is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate new and follow-up patients with spine, joint, and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Perform interventional spine and/or musculoskeletal procedures under fluoroscopy and/or ultrasound.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary care with therapists and other providers.
• Document cases accurately and collaboratively manage patient care.

ACGME-accredited Pain Medicine
