Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required; board certification preferred in PM&R.
• Active Michigan medical license or license-eligible status.
• Current BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physiatry services for Spine/MSK patients at Mary Free Bed Grand Rapids.
• Maintain timely medical records and comply with billing and quality programs.
• Educate medical students and residents and supervise mid-level providers.
• Lead clinical collaboration with PM&R team to improve patient outcomes.
