Corewell Health in Reed City, MI is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to provide therapy based on patient needs and medical direction within the outpatient rehab setting.

You will educate patients and caregivers and coordinate adaptive equipment, with licensure in Michigan required at hire and ASHA certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Required Bachelor's Degree from an accredited speech-language pathology program.
• Preferred Master's Degree from an accredited speech-language pathology program.
• Preferred Doctorate from an accredited speech-language pathology program.
• 2 years of relevant experience in related field.
• Michigan licensure as Speech-Language Pathologist required upon hire.
• Temporary Michigan license for CFY required upon hire.
• ASHA certification preferred.
• Michigan driver's license required.
• BLS certification required upon hire (AHA or ARC).

Responsibilities

• Provides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction.
• Provides patient/caregiver education and arranges for adaptive equipment as needed.
