Job summary

WakeMed is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for Raleigh Campus Outpatient Rehab. The role provides speech/language and dysphagia services, with age-specific direct patient care and documentation.

Candidates must be a licensed SLP with CCC and hold a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology; 2 years of clinical experience are preferred. The position may require coverage across WakeMed Rehab Continuum as needed, serving adults and pediatric populations with various neurological and post-surgical

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech and Language Pathologist and Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology Required
• Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology Required
• 2 Years Clinical - Speech/Language Pathology Preferred

Responsibilities

• Administer speech/language and dysphagia diagnostic and treatment services to patients
• Provide age-specific direct patient care
• Observe and evaluate treatment effects and discuss results with patient, family, team and management
