Job summary

Adecco is seeking an Outpatient Social Worker in Mesa, AZ to provide individual, group, and family counseling within a compassionate behavioral health team.

The role supports mental health, substance use, and co-occurring challenges, with emphasis on recovery-oriented, client-centered care and strong clinical documentation practices. New grads are welcome to apply, and a flexible weekday schedule is available.

Qualifications

• Must hold one of the following licenses: LMFT, LCSW, or LPC.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in outpatient behavioral health, mental health, substance use, or crisis services is a plus.
• Strong commitment to recovery-oriented and client-centered care.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family counseling.
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress and make appropriate adjustments to treatment.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Support individuals experiencing mental health, substance use, and crisis-related needs.
• Provide crisis intervention in accordance with program guidelines.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote comprehensive client care.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation within the EMR.
• Participate in case reviews, treatment team meetings, and ongoing professional development.
