Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or counseling and relevant state licensure required.
• State licensure per state requirements.
• CPR and CPI Certification within 30 days of employment.
• Prior work with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy and counseling therapies for patients suffering from psychiatric and substance abuse issues.
• Develop individualized plan of care with a multi-disciplinary team.
• Ensure accurate and timely patient documentation.
