• Arizona state license in counseling, social work, or clinical mental health (LAC, LPC, LMSW, or LCSW).
• CPR certification required within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and psychotherapy for individuals, couples, families, and groups.
• Deliver crisis intervention and short-term family therapy; provide psychoeducation and referrals as needed.
• Maintain documentation and collaborate with care team to support biopsychosocial needs.
