Job summary

NorthCare is seeking an Outpatient Clinical Supervisor to oversee the treatment team serving children, families and adults in Oklahoma City. You will supervise staff, ensure clinical documentation is complete, and provide crisis counseling and care coordination as needed.

The role requires licensure in Oklahoma (preferred) or eligibility for licensure, plus a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2 years of human services experience.

Qualifications

• Licensure in Oklahoma preferred; if licensed, maintain ongoing continuing education.
• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or related human services field.
• 2 years’ experience in the human services field preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to supervise clinical staff and ensure documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide clinical leadership to the treatment team.
• Oversee staff workload, productivity, and adherence to policies.
• Provide training on intakes, assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharges.
• Participate in peer review and quality assurance activities.
• Deliver direct clinical services: intakes, crisis counseling, therapy, and care coordination.
• Maintain timely clinical records and required documentation.
