Job summary

Windsorlaurelwood is seeking a Manager of Outpatient Services to provide leadership for the department and supervise all outpatient staff. The role includes conducting assessments, facilitating group therapy sessions, and managing emergencies as needed.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Social Work or Counseling and LISW/LPCC with supervisory endorsements, with additional crisis intervention and CPR training.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling with at least three years of progressive leadership experience.
• Licensure: LISW with supervisory endorsement or LPCC with supervisory endorsement; chemical dependency credentials preferred.
• Training in non-violent crisis intervention and CPR prior to independent assignment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Outpatient Department.
• Provide direct clinical and administrative supervision of all outpatient staff.
• Conduct assessments and facilitates lead group therapy sessions.
• Manage emergencies as needed based on census and staff absences.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth transitions from inpatient units.
