Job summary

Heritage Oaks Hospital in Sacramento seeks an Outpatient Clinical Manager to provide administrative leadership and clinical oversight for the Outpatient Services Department. The role oversees a multi-disciplinary team and ensures programs meet patient needs and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate has extensive psychiatric/mental health experience, a Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology or Social Work, and an active California LCSW/LMFT/LPCC license.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of social work or related field and licensed by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in psychiatric/mental health field, with a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in advanced clinical/management practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative leadership and clinical supervision to the Outpatient Services Department.
• Manage administrative and clinical processes for all Outpatient Services.
• Oversee a growing multi-disciplinary team including RNs, Master’s level Therapists, Case Managers and Licensed Therapists.
• Support programs such as Partial Hospitalization, PHP, IOP, and adolescent PHP/IOP.
