Job summary

Centerstone in Florida seeks an operational and clinical leader for outpatient services to ensure timely access, high-quality evidence-based care, and a strong client experience. You will partner with the Director of Outpatient and Access and supervise outpatient locations, staff, and workflows to meet service, workforce, quality, productivity, and financial targets.

The role involves recruiting and developing staff, optimizing referral and intake processes, ensuring compliance with licensure

Qualifications

• Education: Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or another behavioral health-related field that meets applicable professional and payer requirements.
• Experience: Minimum of four years of behavioral health service experience, including direct clinical service experience and at least two years of supervisory, management, or progressive leadership responsibility in an outpatient or community behavioral health setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate outpatient services and make operational adjustments to achieve clinical, access, financial, and programmatic outcomes.
• Provide leadership for assigned outpatient locations and services, including access, caseload management, referral flow, productivity, staffing, scheduling, documentation, client experience, and service continuity.
• Collaborate with Quality, Compliance, Revenue Cycle, Finance, Human Resources, Medical Services, Access, and other operational leaders to address barriers and improve outpatient performance and service delivery.
• Review service, quality, utilization, client feedback, and outcome data to identify trends and improvement opportunities; implement corrective actions.
