Orlando Health Medical Group is seeking an experienced operations leader to manage human, financial, and material resources in outpatient clinics, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. You will collaborate with the Physician Lead and COO to develop standards, oversee budgets, revenue cycle, and staff development while ensuring regulatory compliance and excellent patient experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; substitutions available (associate degree + 2 years experience or 4 years experience may substitute).
• Five years of health care experience, including two years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Manage 15–20 physicians and 40+ staff across outpatient clinics.
• Develop and oversee standards compliance for service line clinics.
• Ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance and policy implementation.
• Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets; analyze variances.
• Maintain an effective revenue cycle and data systems to maximize revenue.
• Coordinate staffing, hiring, training, and staff development to support patient care.
