Job summary

Orlando Health is seeking a Patient Access Supervisor to lead the Ambulatory Outpatient Rehab Admin team and support the Manager of Patient Access. This role focuses on delivering exceptional patient service, supervising staff, and implementing process improvements across Tampa Bay Billing Sites.

The supervisor will manage hiring, coaching, performance evaluations, and staffing to meet volume demands while ensuring compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years of experience in a financial, business office, or customer service environment required.
• Proficient in MS Windows environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.
• One year (1) prior supervisory, lead or preceptor experience required.
