Job summary

Centerstone is seeking an experienced RN Inpatient Nurse Manager to provide clinical and operational leadership for nursing services at our Florida behavioral health hospital and treatment center. You will supervise RNs, LPNs, and staff, ensuring safe, trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care for inpatient psychiatric, detoxification, and addiction treatment services.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in Florida.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum of four years of professional nursing experience.
• Minimum of two years in supervisory or leadership nursing roles.
• Telehealth participation may be required.
• Must maintain licenses and continuing education.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and clinical oversight for inpatient nursing operations.
• Supervise RNs, LPNs, and staff to ensure safe staffing and patient care.
• Ensure timely nursing assessments, triage, care planning, and medication administration.
• Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to support integrated care.
• Respond to medical and behavioral health emergencies as needed.
• Promote safety, trauma-informed care, infection prevention, and recovery-focused care.
• Monitor medication practices and compliance with standards.
• Develop and maintain staff schedules and coverage plans.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
• Ensure required orientation and ongoing training.
• Attend treatment team meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
