Job summary

Greenleaf Behavioral Health Hospital in Valdosta, GA invites an experienced Director of Outpatient Services to lead PHP and IOP programs, drive clinical excellence, and optimize operations.

The role requires a Master's or Doctorate-level licensed clinician with at least four years in behavioral health, including two years in leadership; PHP/IOP experience strongly preferred; you will mentor staff and collaborate with physicians and executives to expand access to care.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate-level licensed clinician required (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD).
• Minimum 4 years in behavioral healthcare with 2+ years in operations/management.
• Experience with PHP and IOP levels of care strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee PHP and IOP programs, including operations and group facilitation.
• Drive outcomes including admissions, visits, revenue, and quality metrics.
• Provide supervision, mentorship, and growth for clinical and support staff.
• Ensure compliance with licensure, accreditation, and contractual obligations.
