Job summary

Intermountain Hospital in Boise, Idaho, is seeking a Director of Outpatient Services to lead the program and align with the Medical Director, CEO and clinical staff. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Healthcare or Business Administration preferred; Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's level Social Worker or Counselor strongly preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years' experience in psychiatric/mental health; at least three (3) years in a lead/managerial role.
• Ability to supervise, teach, and counsel staff; strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic management of the Outpatient Services Program.
• Collaborate with the Medical Director, CEO, and clinical staff to assess, develop, implement and evaluate program goals and interventions.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, OSHA and federal regulatory standards.
• Develop and maintain referral networks to support program growth.
