The Outpatient Service Representative greets all patients, family members, and visitors in a courteous, professional, and timely manner. Consistently adheres to Butler Hospital Service Standards.
Education: High School graduate. Epic experience preferred.
Training and Experience: Proficient in English language, grammar, punctuation, telephone etiquette, typing, data entry, and professional interpersonal skills. Ability to interact effectively with patients, clinicians, and external customers.
