Job summary

Missouri Baptist Medical Center in St. Louis County is seeking an Administrative Coordinator for the Outpatient Services Team. This role provides essential administrative support and coordinates daily operations to ensure smooth outpatient flow.

Key duties include patient scheduling for pre-anesthesia testing, chart assembly for the Operating Room on the day of surgery, arranging interpretive services as needed, and coordinating office supplies. Monday–Friday, onsite, 7:00 am–3:30 pm.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2–5 years of experience in administrative roles.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Types and distributes memos, correspondence and reports and composes documents as needed.
• Coordinates and administers all office supplies and materials.
• Schedules meetings and appointments, routes correspondence.
• Provides support to office assistants as assigned.
• Coordinates special projects and programs per department management.
