Responsibilities

• Handle front-end admin duties in outpatient clinic, schedule appointments, route calls, manage emails, and maintain provider schedules and billing ledgers.
• Obtain patient insurance information, verify benefits, and communicate with patients and providers about coverage.
• Submit daily clinic appointment and outcome reports to the business office for billing.
• Maintain organization of outpatient clinics: filing, records, supplies, and payroll submission.
• Provide exceptional customer service over the phone and in person to patients, families, and guests.
