Universal Health Services, Inc. is seeking an Outpatient Program Coordinator for our outpatient services in Oak Park and Chicago's south side. This role focuses on front-end administrative tasks, scheduling patients, and supporting billing processes.

The position is a registry/PRN role with daytime and early evening shifts; no weekend coverage is required. Strong communication and organization are essential, and bilingual Spanish/English skills are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Must possess a High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle front-end administrative tasks in outpatient clinic (phone system, routing calls, scheduling, emails).
• Verify patient insurance information, benefits, and communicate with patients/providers about coverage.
• Submit daily reports on appointments and outcomes for billing.
• Maintain organization of outpatient clinics (records, supplies, payroll submission, etc.).
• Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.
