Qualifications
- Program Graduate
- Bachelor's Degree
- Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate
- Nursing
- 2 years directly related experience
- Bilingual English/Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
- CPR for Healthcare/BLS Prov or Prof Rescuers w/in 30 days
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership for nursing and technician staff.
- Assign nursing personnel to patients using independent judgment.
- Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment in accordance with hospital standards.
- Designate shift and schedule assignments; monitor staff and ensure coverage.
- Supervise employees, train, educate, corrections, discipline, and evaluations.
- Act as liaison between physicians, staff, patients, families, and other departments to promote communication and problem solving.
- Deliver patient care as required and ensure adherence to policies and plans of care.
