Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a minimum Associate Degree in Nursing.
• Licensure: Current RN license in the State of New Mexico or compact state.
• Experience: Minimum of one year of nursing experience.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS

Responsibilities

• Provides dynamic clinical and operational shift leadership.
• Oversees patient flow, quality outcomes and patient safety.
• Ensures delivery of safe, timely, efficient, and patient-centered care.
• Supports and guides unit staff within the service area.
