Job summary

This role requires a BSN or higher and current NM RN license, with a preference for specialty certification. You will participate in interdisciplinary rounds, support patient flow, and uphold regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Experience demonstrating nursing leadership and safety accountability.
• Ability to coach staff and guide interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates professional knowledge and compliance with nursing standards.
• Conducts patient experience rounds and leads service recovery.
• Guides unit assignments and ensures task completion.
• Monitors patient flow and collaborates on appropriate placements.
• Promotes teamwork and effective conflict resolution.
• Assists in staffing decisions and performance evaluations.
• Ensures safe medication practices and infection control.
