Job summary

Inova 360 is seeking an Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time day shift (Mon–Fri, 8:30am–5:00pm) at our Mclean, VA location. You will perform essential clinic duties, educate patients, and support outpatient care in a physician practice.

Minimum qualifications include a BSN, RN licensure in Virginia, and BLS certification; ADN holders must complete BSN within 5 years. This role emphasizes safe, holistic care and teamwork.

Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited school of nursing; ADN with BSN within 5 years of start date.
• RN licensure or eligibility to practice in Virginia.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Performs essential duties in clinic/outpatient settings: full intakes, reconciliation of medications, patient education, vaccinations/injections/phlebotomy.
• Provides safe, holistic outpatient care in a physician practice or similar setting, focusing on patient and family education and outcomes.
