Inova Health System seeks an Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN) for Inova 360 in McLean, VA. This full-time daytime role supports clinic operations with full intakes, med reconciliation, vaccines, and patient education in an outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited school of nursing. If RN has an Associates Degree (ADN); must complete BSN within 5 years of start date.
• RN licensure in Virginia or eligibility to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Performs essential duties to clinic or outpatient settings; includes full intakes.
• Reconciliation of medications.
• Vaccinations, injections, and phlebotomy.
• Provide safe, holistic care and educate patients and families.
• Apply data to improve care and guide practice; act as resource and mentor.
