Inova 360 - Concierge Medicine is seeking an Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Reston, VA. This full-time day-shift position runs Monday through Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, at 1880 Reston Row Plaza, Suite 120, Reston, VA 22190.

The role requires a BSN, Virginia RN licensure or eligibility, BLS certification, and ideally 2 years in ambulatory care. Inova offers comprehensive benefits and a supportive, patient-centered work environment.

Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited school of nursing.
• RN licensed or eligible to practice in Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Performs essential duties to support clinic or outpatient operations, including full intakes.
• Reconciliation of medications.

• Vaccinations/injections/phlebotomy.
• Provides safe, holistic care in an outpatient physician practice.
• Mentors others and improves practice outcomes.
• Ensures efficiency and productivity with the team.
• Makes independent clinical decisions.
