Job summary

Locums is seeking a Rheumatologist to join an outpatient clinic at a non-profit Critical Access Hospital in Blackfoot, Idaho. The clinician will provide full-spectrum rheumatology care in a mission-driven environment with an emphasis on coordination with related specialty teams and on-site infusion and imaging resources.

The role requires BC/BE in Rheumatology, Idaho licensure eligibility, and BLS certification. Outpatient experience is preferred; new graduates are considered.

Qualifications

• BC/BE in Rheumatology
• Eligibility for Idaho medical licensure
• BLS required
• Outpatient Rheumatology experience preferred; open to new graduates
• EMR proficiency; ability to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care; strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver full-spectrum outpatient Rheumatology care within a mission-driven, non-profit environment
• Manage inflammatory, autoimmune, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions
• Collaborate with internal medicine, orthopedics, pain management, imaging, and infusion teams
• Utilize on-site infusion services and advanced imaging resources
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Participate in quality initiatives and support program and panel growth through coordinated efforts with marketing and clinical leadership
