Job summary

Pacific Companies, Inc. is seeking a Board-certified or -eligible rheumatologist for a 100% outpatient practice in Montana.

The role offers flexible 3, 4, or 5-day weeks with no call and strong support staff for a balanced lifestyle and meaningful patient care. In addition to a base salary of $350,000 (negotiable by experience), the package includes a sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, CME allowance, and retirement contributions.

• Board-certified or board-eligible rheumatology physician.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% outpatient rheumatology care with strong institutional support.
• Work with onsite infusion, radiology, lab and DEXA services.
