Innovate Physical Therapy in Bellevue, NE is seeking a friendly Rehab Technician to join the outpatient therapy team. You will support therapists, help patients through exercises, and keep the clinic organized and welcoming throughout a busy day.

The role blends patient care with administrative tasks; ideal candidates stay positive, are organized, and effectively communicate with patients and staff while supporting the clinic’s mission to inspire people to live their best lives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Technician experience preferred.
• Healthcare, rehabilitation, fitness, or related customer service experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and create a welcoming first impression.
• Prepare patients for therapy treatments.
• Assist therapists during treatment sessions.
• Support patients completing exercises and functional activities under licensed staff.
• Help motivate and encourage patients throughout rehabilitation.
• Provide routine non-skilled treatments as directed.
• Assist with hot and cold packs and other treatment modalities as directed.
• Clean and prepare treatment areas and equipment between patients.
• Maintain supplies and inventory; reorder items as needed.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and answering phones.
• Help maintain paperwork and supply records.
• Assist with medical-record requests and correspondence with physicians.
