Job summary

Hillcrest Health Services is seeking a friendly Rehab Technician for Innovate Physical Therapy in Bellevue, NE. You will support therapists, assist patients with exercises, and help keep the outpatient clinic organized and running smoothly.

You will greet patients, prepare them for therapy, assist during sessions, and contribute to a welcoming, collaborative environment focused on patient progress and dependable care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Technician experience preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, rehabilitation, fitness, or customer service may help.

Responsibilities

Rehab Technician – Innovate Physical Therapy

Innovate Physical Therapy is looking for an energetic, dependable, and people-focused Rehab Technician to join our outpatient therapy team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying busy, working closely with patients, and being part of a clinical environment where no two days look exactly the same. As a Rehab Technician, you will support therapists, help patients through exercises and treatment activities, and keep the clinic organized and running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

As a Rehab Technician, you will work side by side with therapists and administrative team members to support both patient care and the day-to-day operations of the clinic.

You will:

• Greet patients and help create a welcoming first impression.
• Prepare patients for therapy treatments.
• Assist therapists during treatment sessions.
• Support patients as they complete exercises and functional activities under the direction of licensed clinical staff.
• Help motivate and encourage patients throughout their rehabilitation.
• Provide routine non-skilled treatments as directed.
• Assist with hot and cold packs and other treatment modalities as directed by professional staff.
• Clean and prepare treatment areas and equipment between patients.
• Help ensure laundry and treatment supplies are available and ready for use.
• Maintain clean and stocked clinic areas, including restrooms and common spaces.
• Monitor supply and equipment inventory and help reorder items as needed.
• Communicate patient concerns or changes promptly to therapists and other team members.
• Assist with answering phones and scheduling appointments.
• Help maintain clinic paperwork and supply records.
• Assist with medical-record requests and other administrative tasks.
• Support correspondence with physicians and referral sources regarding patient progress.
• Jump in wherever needed to help the clinic run smoothly.

Physical & Other Requirements

• Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
• Must be able to independently lift up to 35 pounds.
• Must be able to perform repetitive sitting, standing, bending, walking, reaching, and movement throughout the day.
• Must be flexible and calm when responding to patient or customer needs.
• Must have strong attention to detail and be able to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Must be able to utilize technology and available resources efficiently and effectively.
