Job summary

Advanced Physical Therapy is seeking a motivated Physical Therapy Technician to join our outpatient orthopedic clinic. You will support licensed therapists and help keep the clinic running smoothly, from welcoming patients to assisting with treatments.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, coordinating care through evaluation to discharge, and handling phones and scheduling, while maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of medical or physical therapy setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills; ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide outstanding customer service.
• Assist physical therapists with patient care and treatment plans.
• Administer hot and cold packs and monitor therapeutic exercises.
• Maintain therapy equipment and ensure a clean, safe clinic environment.
• Coordinate care for each patient from initial evaluation to discharge.
• Answer phones and manage electronic scheduling.
• Handle administrative tasks, including faxing, filing, and other duties as assigned.
