As a Dialysis Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) with Fresenius Medical Care, you will be part of a close-knit, collaborative team responsible for delivering unique care plans and providing dialysis treatment to patients facing end stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease. Responsibilities

• Participate in decision-making, teaching, leadership, and quality improvement activities.
• Coordinate patient care including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Analyze patient data and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Provide education to patients and families.
• Administer medications and respond to emergencies.
• Ensure proper laboratory procedures and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Discuss transplant and treatment options with patients.
• Complete CAP requirements and make appropriate referrals.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state licensure.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience as a RN and in hemodialysis are preferred but not required.
• Must pass the Ishihara Color Blind Test.

Physical Demands & Conditions

• Heavy lifting, patient assistance, and prolonged standing are required.
• Work involves exposure to infectious materials and may require travel.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly rate: $36 - $47. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and parental leave.
