We are seeking the following positions (detailed below):
Positions pay $40 - $60/hr

1) Utilization Management Clinician – Behavioral Health (Remote)
Location: Remote – Must be licensed in Washington State
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm PST (or Tuesday–Saturday)
Employment Type: Long-Term Contract

About the Role:
Join a nationally recognized healthcare organization as a Behavioral Health Utilization Management Clinician. You will ensure appropriate, cost-effective, and quality care for behavioral health services through clinical review, coordination, and prior authorizations. This position is 100% remote and supports members in Washington State.

2) Clinical Social Worker (LMSW/LCSW)
Location: Penn Yan, NY 14527 (Finger Lakes Region)
Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire | Day/Evening Shifts | On-Call Rotation

About the Role:
Seeking a licensed Clinical Therapist (LMSW or LCSW) to provide outpatient behavioral health services to clients aged 5 and up. Responsibilities include assessments, treatment planning, evidence-based interventions, and participation in Emergency Department crisis evaluations during scheduled on-call rotations.

3) Utilization Management Nurse (Remote)
Location: Remote – Nationwide
Employment Type: Remote, Full-time

About the Role:
Serve on a multidisciplinary team to conduct concurrent and continued stay utilization reviews. Ensure appropriate admission status, regulatory compliance, and payer reimbursement. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate utilization data and reporting.

4) Transitions of Care Nurse (RN or LPN)
Location: Remote – Nationwide
Industry: National Managed Care Organization

About the Role:
Support members transitioning from acute care to home or skilled nursing facilities. Coordinate timely and effective post-discharge care to improve outcomes and reduce readmissions. This fully remote role is ideal for experienced RNs or LPNs passionate about continuity of care.

5) Home Health RN – Field-Based
Location: Field-Based (Local Travel Required)

About the Role:
Deliver in-home patient care including assessments, medication administration, wound care, and education. Collaborate with families and care teams to develop personalized care plans. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to build meaningful patient relationships in a home health setting.

6) Case Manager II
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Remote, Full-time

About the Role:
Support individuals receiving Long Term Services and Supports (LTSS) under Medicaid. Conduct telephonic or online assessments, coordinate care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic, goal-oriented care for each member.

7) RN Care Coordinator
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role:
Coordinate patient care across the healthcare continuum. Develop and implement individualized care plans, communicate with healthcare providers and families, and support high-quality, patient-centered outcomes within a managed care environment.
