Job summary

Jobtome is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in an ambulatory setting and to offer clinical leadership and mentorship to staff. The role includes patient education, care coordination, and supporting physicians with tests and procedures.

Essential duties include nursing assessment, medication administration, and ensuring adherence to hospital policies. Sign-On Bonus and relocation support are available, with a full-time schedule in dayshift.

Qualifications

• Program Graduate required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required for essential duties.
• Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate preferred; Nursing as a specialization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, direct patient care using the nursing process in ambulatory settings.
• Offer clinical leadership and mentorship to staff.
• Educate patients and families about preventive care and treatments.
• Coordinate patient care and assist with tests, procedures, and complex treatments.
• Assist with relief charge duties and emergency measures when designated.
• Document medical histories, orders, and care in patient records.
