Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Acts as back office information center for fax, phone, mail, reports.
• Coordinates patient care in medical records and referrals.
• Ensures referrals are completed and pre-certification issues resolved.
• Gathers information from insurance carriers and staff to finalize referrals.
• Maintains records for the referral process.
