Jefferson Center for Mental Health is seeking a Recovery Clinic Therapist to provide individual and group psychotherapy and coordination of care for adults with mental health and co-occurring substance use disorders. The clinician will deliver services in a walk-in clinic model, partly in person and partly remotely, with daily caseload expectations and a focus on trauma-informed care.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a related field, licensure (LPC/LMFT/LCSW), and eligibility for LAC.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in related field required.
• LPC, LMFT or LCSW required.
• LAC required. Candidates with a LAC in progress may be considered.
• Skills or experience in integrated health approaches preferred.
• Engages consumers in strength-based and trauma-informed treatment process and goal-setting.

Responsabilités

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy and appropriate case management or care coordination for adults 18+ with mental health and co-occurring substance use disorders.
• Lead intensive outpatient (IOP) and outpatient groups as needed.
• Identify risk factors including lethality and respond per policy.
• Complete intake, assessments, and initial engagement strategies per guidelines.
• Participate in Evidenced Based Practices and agency initiatives (DBT, CBT, MI, Trauma Informed Care).
• Note: Employees are accountable for duties and maintain professional standards.
