Job summary

Jefferson Center for Mental Health is seeking a Youth Residential Recovery Therapist to provide assessment, clinical support, and therapy to youth in a 24/7 residential setting in Denver. The role includes case management and coordinated care, working with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safety and recovery goals are met.

The position requires a Master’s degree in a related field, licensure or eligibility, and bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• CPR/First Aid Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engages patients in the Youth Residential Recovery program and coordinates with family and stakeholders.
• Identifies risk factors including lethality for suicidal, homicidal, and grave disability.
• Provides individual, group, and family therapy and case management as needed.
• Maintains timely documentation and adheres to supervision and training plans.

Skills

Bilingual (English/Spanish) Preferred

CPR/First Aid Certification preferred
