Jefferson Center for Mental Health in Wheat Ridge, CO is seeking a Recovery Clinic Therapist to provide individual and group psychotherapy and care coordination for adults with mental health and co-occurring substance use disorders. The role includes intake, assessment, and engagement strategies, with both in-person and remote service delivery in a walk-in clinic setting.

The position requires a Master’s degree and licenses (LPC/LMFT/LCSW); LAC is preferred or in progress.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in a related field is required.
• LPC, LMFT or LCSW are required.
• LAC is required; candidates with a LAC in progress may be considered.
• Experience with integrated health approaches is preferred.
• Engages consumers in strength-based and trauma-informed treatment processes and goal-setting; coordinates care with providers.
• Provides individual and group treatment promoting change within recovery-based guidelines.
• Provides services in a walk-in clinic model, with in-person and remote attendance.
• Clinic traffic can fluctuate; may see up to 12 clients per day.
• Identifies risk factors including lethality and handles involuntary holds per policy.
• Completes intake, assessments, and engagement strategies per guidelines.
• Participates in Evidenced Based Practices (DBT, PCOMS, CBT, MI, Trauma Informed Care, etc.).
• Leads Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Outpatient groups as needed.
• Willingness to assist other teams in alignment with duties.

Aufgaben

• Lead IOP and Outpatient groups as needed.
• Provide intake, assessments, and initial engagement with consumers.
• Coordinate care with internal and external providers.
• Participate in evidence-based practices and agency initiatives.
• Ensure documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Manage caseload to meet required consumer service hours.
• Attend trainings and supervision; prepare for meetings with supervisor.
• Support billing and administrative tasks as required.
