Job summary

Qualifications

• State certification in AOD Counseling required.
• Three years of experience in substance use disorder treatment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; master's degree with 1 year experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide intake, assessments, and authorization for client services.
• Develop recovery plans for detox, residential, IOP, and outpatient services.
• Deliver individual and group counseling as needed.
• Oversee daily treatment operations and care coordination.
• Monitor contract fulfillment and liaise with funding sources.
• Oversee billing accuracy, utilization reviews, and reporting.
• Serve as liaison between program services and the community.
• Ensure safety, confidentiality, and compliance with agency policies.
• Complete special projects to improve program efficiency.
