Job summary

CRI-Help, Inc., an outpatient substance use disorder treatment center in Los Angeles, seeks an Outpatient Receptionist / Technician for a swing shift (12:30pm-9:00pm, Mon-Thu, Sat). This full-time role supports front-desk operations and program activities.

Responsibilities include answering calls, greeting visitors, screening access, performing urinalysis testing, and maintaining documentation. Candidates must have at least one year of related experience and a high school diploma, with

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills (email, MS Word).
• Strong time management abilities.
• Knowledge of client confidentiality laws.
• Willing to work flexible schedules when required.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and greet visitors.
• Screen visitors for clearance and maintain sign-in book.
• Perform urinalysis testing and generate documentation.
• Answer and route phone calls to staff.
• Maintain lobby and office supplies, and assist with meetings.
