Job summary

CRI-Help is seeking an Outpatient Receptionist / Technician for a swing shift in Los Angeles. The role includes answering calls, greeting visitors, accepting deliveries, and performing urinalysis testing in a outpatient facility.

You will generate reports, manage records, and maintain a professional lobby environment. The position requires communication skills, basic computer use, and the ability to work a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must possess basic computer skills (email, MS Word).
• Must have excellent time management skills.
• Must be knowledgeable in identifying patterns common to client population.
• Must be willing and able to work flexible schedules when required.

Responsibilities

• Answer and route phone calls to appropriate staff.
• Greet visitors and guests, screen for facility access.
• Perform urinalysis testing and generate documentation/reports.
• Maintain client charts and files; manage mail and deliveries.
• Coordinate with clinical staff and external vendors as needed.
• Attend weekly staff meetings and uphold client confidentiality.
