Alliance Orthopedics is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray procedures in a fast-paced orthopedic setting in East Brunswick, NJ. The role requires active state licensure and strong knowledge of radiographic positioning and radiation safety, with responsibilities spanning patient education, imaging documentation, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary care team.

The position is full-time, on-site at East Brunswick clinics, with a competitive hourly

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Current New Jersey State Radiologic Technologist License.

Responsabilités

• Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray procedures in accordance with physician orders and clinical protocols.
• Prepare, position, and educate patients while ensuring comfort, safety, and proper radiation protection practices.
• Conduct quality control checks and maintain imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance and image quality.
• Accurately document patient information, imaging procedures, and related records in accordance with clinic policies.
• Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to support efficient patient care and workflow.
• Communicate imaging-related information to patients and healthcare team members as appropriate.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory, safety, licensure, and certification requirements.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance imaging knowledge and technical skills.
• Support scheduling, recordkeeping, and administrative best practices to promote operational excellence.
• Deliver exceptional patient service and contribute to a positive outpatient orthopedic care experience.
