Allina Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for an outpatient clinic setting in Minnesota. The role emphasizes leadership in care coordination and the integrated nursing process within a not-for-profit health system serving Minnesota and western Wisconsin.

The position features a full-time, 8-hour day shift (8:30a - 5p) with no weekend requirements and a competitive pay range. Required RN licensure and nursing education are outlined in the qualifications.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Vocational degree graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Where department allows, new graduate hires must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with clinical rotations in an acute care setting (American Association of Colleges of Nursing or National League for Nursing).
• Internal clinic employees who have functioned successfully as a CMA or LPN with a minimum of 3 years may be considered from an accredited school that does not have clinical rotations where department allows 0 to 2 years RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Assessment: Collects, prioritizes and synthesizes comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health or situation.
• Diagnosis: Analyzes assessment data to determine nursing diagnoses and communicates them.
• Outcomes Identification: Sets realistic, measurable outcomes in collaboration with patient and family.
• Planning: Develops an individualized plan inclusive of patient, family and others.
• Implementation: Executes the plan with safe, timely interventions and proper documentation.
• Evaluation: Reviews progress, revises diagnoses and plans as needed and documents changes.

Education

Associate's or Vocational degree in nursing

Bachelor's degree in nursing (preferred)
