Golden Bear Physical Therapy, a member of Therapy Partners Group, seeks an Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in California. You will conduct therapeutic exercises and help implement treatment plans under supervision, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Associate degree as PTA; active or eligible licensure in CA.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as PTA.
• Outpatient experience preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Commitment to exceptional patient care.

Responsabilités

• Patient FollowUp: conduct therapeutic exercises and modalities as directed.
• Treatment Planning: assist therapists in developing/implementing plans.
• Therapeutic Interventions: manual therapy, exercises, modalities, patient education.
• Documentation: monitor and document progress using the charting system.
• Patient Education: instruct patients/families on home care and plans.
• Professional Atmosphere: collaborate with healthcare team for safe, quality care.
