Job summary

CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient clinics. We offer flexible scheduling, a sign-on bonus (up to $5,000 for eligible locations), and a supportive environment designed to help you focus on patient care.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Licensed or license eligible as a PTA.
• New grads welcome!

Responsibilities

• Provide PT treatment to patients under a PTA approved plan.
• Progress patients through treatment levels within their capabilities.
• Consult with supervising PT regarding progress.
• Document all treatment and interactions per CORA policies.
• Educate patients and families on home programs and activities.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and rehab team.
• Collaborate with teammates to grow skills and clinic culture.
